First I would like to say Happy Mothers Day to all of you junkies that are mom's, I know there are a few of you in here. :)

Fourthly, so that was you Erin, that wrote about how good Micky smelled. Damn I sure hope that one day I have the chance to get close enough to him, to get a sniff. I was at the grocery store a little while ago and this guy walked by me. He smelled so damn good I followed him sniffing his wonderous scent. He probably thought I was a stalker or something. To me a good smelling man is an automatic lubricant. :) Not that I'm gonna jump on them or anything, it just turns me on!\

You know, its so strange...The UK has Mother's day in March. I thought everyone did until my Texan uncle rang today and asked if i had got my mum anything...i thought he'd gone mad...so happy mothers day to all the other countries of the world i'm sure.

I'm not sure which song you are refering to Leenys. If it's the one I mentioned: "Somewhere Out There" I didn't know it was an Annie song. I think the cartoon int was in was "An American Tail". The song was a BIG hit for Linda Ronstadt and Aaron Neval, back in the late eighties early nineties. It's a beautiful song and Micky did an awesome job singing it. Fuzzy

Ok i have a question. Lately i have been watching Mick's eyes alot when he is on the screen and they seem to be very expressive.

I was watching some show in the 80's (erm Pat someone) and Mick, Peter and Davy were on singing Steppin Stone and PVS, during the "creature comfort zones..." bit, Mick has a way of rolling his eyes and almost like the mic is a chick he is hitting on.

I wonder if this is the same expression he gives when he has a orgasm, cause it sure looks intense.

Hi all. Heres a question for your consideration. Is it possible that this site with its collection of slash and the BB and its many readers has played a part (however small) in furthering tolerance? Back before I stumbled onto it over a year ago, the only slash I found did not really qualify. Nevertheless, even those tame attempts brought down a ton of flames. These days I see a lot more real slash around, but no one is pissed off by it anymore. Now and then a lone zealot is outraged, but for each of those there is someone who has never read any slash before only to discover they really like it. So, could it be that Head has performed another public service besides open discussions and lots of fantasy material? And what provoked me to ramble on this way? I was lurking around when I found a rant by one of those lone zealots (the first I have seen in a long time, btw) and they were set upon in a reasonable manner by the regulars of the board. I thought the regulars would agree with them, but even though most of them are not fans of slash, they didnt. I was pleasantly surprised.

Hmm, very interesting question. All I know is in the beginning when this site started to get mildly racy (I posted Chapter 3 of DS 1: "Davy's Coming Out"), I got flamed pretty bad from a bunch of those zealots. At the same time, a lot of people came to my rescue and became regular readers of the site - that's when things really got dirty. No one has bothered me since. I think that "Head" has a reputation, and if people don't want to read this stuff, they stay away. Head is in no way the first slash site, but I think it was the first site to market slash in a certain way that made it more acceptable to those who've never experienced it before. I'll take that much credit.
